Larger requirements are met either through one substantial estate or through several residences sourced against a single brief, so a delegation stays coherently rather than scattered across unrelated bookings.
Bedroom and en suite counts, entertaining and meeting space, privacy, staffing and daily movement to the event programme are assessed together. Dining, chauffeur transport and security can be coordinated through independent providers.
