When Cap d'Ail becomes the better answer

Cap d'Ail sits immediately beside Monaco and is particularly relevant when the group wants more conventional villa accommodation without moving far along the Riviera. It can offer more residential space and villa potential than central Monaco while remaining closely connected to the Principality.

Saint Jean Cap Ferrat for a residence led brief

Some requirements lead with the property rather than the event location. A UHNW family, collector party, family office or major corporate group may require a substantial estate, exceptional suites, extensive grounds, major private dining space, strong privacy and a residence suitable for hosting clients.
